I am not a huge movie fan; I have my favorites and I enjoy a good movie when one comes around. Art-house cincema annoys me (I am simply not that sophisticated) and popular flicks annoy me too (I'm more sophisticated than that). Do I think the director's cut of Blade Runner is better than any Star Wars movie ever made? Of course! But on a lazy afternoon, I'll probably be found swooning over Han Solo and not Deckard. I have a soft spot for musicals and I hate, hate, hate horror films — I'm in it for the escapism and the fun. If you've read this far, you might care to read my reviews:
